Assigning a Task in PipelineCRM

Need something completed for an account? Learn how to properly and efficiently accomplish this by assigning a task.

These Tasks Can Include: 
      • Introducing Samantha To The Client To Onboard Them & Start Their Marketing/Social Media Process
      • Telling Samantha -> Client Needs Brochures, Wants To Purchase Warranty, Needs A Marketing Refresher Course, Social Media Help, Etc.

    Step 1: Type in your client’s contact name into PipelineCRM. (For a task to be completed, Phone, Email & Title must be filled out in the Contact's properties)

     

    Step 2: Go To The “Agenda” Section Located Underneath “Contact Info” Section. 

     

    Step 3: Click Add Task

     

    Step 4: Name: What Do You Need, Associate to: Contact NAME, Type: Email, Follow Up, Etc., Assign To: Proper Person, Date Due: Not Optional, & Description: Extension Of Description Of What Task Performed

     

    Step 5: Save & Repeat For Other Accounts
